Claiming to protect society from an ecoterrorist threat, a cop goes past the point of no return by executing the leader of the "Servants de Gaia."

Captain Thierry Bar, a cop on the edge, murders the leader of an ecoterrorist cell, the Servants of Gaia, claiming to foil one of their planned attacks. Caught red-handed by his superior, Commander Catherine Novac, he offs her in cold blood as well, and goes on the lam, hoping to hunt down the cell's other members, who are under the protection of an influential female drug dealer.
