A funny, fast-paced medieval animal adventure, inspired by a Vosges legend, and featuring strong, cliché-busting characters!

Intrepid and clumsy, but a promising warrior, Leonarde dreams of adventure. When she comes across a magic formula to help the humans communicate with their enemies the Beasts, she is turned into a fox and chased from the castle! Shunted about by different enemies, each more stubborn than the last, she finds herself acting as an emissary. But then the giant Houéran appears; he resents his forest being turned into a battlefield. Can the girl–or the fox–avoid a war between all these stubborn people?
