Just like every year at autumn's end, Aldo the bear returns to his den to hibernate for the winter. But this time, as the first freeze is setting in, he is ousted from his dwelling: someone has stolen his lair! Forced for the first time in his life to face winter without anything but a coat and scarf, Aldo must confront many challenges. Homeless, often unwelcome, and made to sleep in a warehouse with no way to warm himself, Aldo is about to discover that sometimes in the winter, a friend's smile can provide more warmth than a spot by the hearth.
