The economy always makes the front page. Growth, GDP, unemployment, globalization… Behind these worlds are very concrete realities with direct consequences on our lives.

Understanding how the economy works, wondering about growth (is it necessary?), consumerism (do I need to buy everything?), work (what should I do for a living?), and the environmental impact of our economy is to start a conversation about whether another kind of economics is possible. This inquiry is designed to help teens decode the world of economics instead of living in fear of it, and to draw connections between it and their concerns.
