Former engineer Eva has embarked upon a mission to repair a weather station on a desert island in the Pacific Ocean. Taking advantage of this return to nature to recharge her batteries, she sets about exploring the wild landscape, fishing, hunting, and carrying out her daily chores. But when a marine crew appears intent on extracting rare minerals, devastating the ocean depths and the balance of her little corner of paradise, she has to do whatever it takes to prevent this environmental disaster.
