Adèle is wearing a yellow dress the day she is the victim of a sexist attack in broad daylight at a bus stop. One of those watching is Virginie, an idealistic teacher who films the scene. Two other people who are both present and shocked by what happens are shy, 12-year-old Myriam, and Joaquim, a student preoccupied with questions of love. Virginie cannot possibly imagine the wave of hatred she unleashes when she posts the video on social media. The four protagonists have never met, but simply having been in the same place at the same time means that their fates are now intertwined. The incident will challenge their prejudices and their attitudes to the world around them.
