At the Department of Cold Cases, reality is more frightening than fiction!

Graffiti, property damage, illegal gambling, grand theft auto... For 16-year-old Gaspard, the time for reckoning has come, as his age no longer protects him from the law. Rather than go to juvenile prison, he joins the Department of Cold Cases, an innovative rehabilitation program. For three months, he and police captain Ruben Arcega will attempt to solve a cold case of their choice. Both rebels are quick to break the rules. The son of a veterinarian, Gaspard is drawn to a series of 128 horse mutilations in the region. Meanwhile in Toulouse, three young women are assaulted. Could all these cases be linked? But how?
