Though feminism's voices demand equal rights for men and women, they are often too vindictive and violent for many women to identify with. Isn't it time we left this hardline feminism behind, as it causes more dissension than reconciliation, more regression than progress? Time we advocated an enlightened feminism in which men are not enemies but partners? Time we lived a more nuanced feminism? Time we stopped infantilizing women and let them find their own place freely in a more pluralistic movement? Time we stopped constantly blaming the system? These are the questions asked by this open letter to radical feminists.
