In a huge landfill that could be located at the South Pole, two gangs of objects challenge each other: those with and those without handles. Roger, and old tire and tired poet, recites his poems into the wind for Olga, an unattainable tennis racket from his past. Leon, a rusty little can, admires Roger, who introduces him to the art of love poetry. This helps him declare his love to Gertrude, a little brush, in verses and rhymes. But when the group’s rules get in the way, and unexpected outcome involving a pair of penguins will turn what seems like a resting place into the promised paradise.
