Every morning, Leonie awaits Raymond in her room. Just as she has done for 5 years, 11 months, and 30 days.
Raymond kidnapped Leonie on her way out of a party. Since then, she's lived in his home, tied by a rope. One morning, Raymond dies of a heart attack. Leonie frees herself. She opens the door, but can't bring herself to step out. His hold on her mind is too great. She's free now, but still a prisoner, presumed dead, but very much alive.
In a clinic one town over, Diane is reading to her brother Loïc, a good cop injured in a paragliding accident. There are cases he still wants to solve ‒ among them, Leonie's disappearance.
But then bodies start showing up in the woods…
