Her classmate Cléon backs the Humanilove cause, making him one of the rare teens of their time to reject all use of androids in everyday life. Nor does he hold back from letting people know it with his activism at school.
All of this is harmless enough, until a serious incident thrusts ordinary teenagers into an adventure where real life and cyberdeath, real death and cyberlife, get inextricably tangled up until they're unraveled in an astonishing climax.
