Stow your trash! The Devour-All is setting sail!

A steel giant shaped like a fish is weigh anchor for a new clean-up mission! Céleste the duck, Captain Frog, and the whole crew are out to hunt down trash. Plastic bags, bottles, toys--nothing can escape the Devour-All mighty appetite. Their goal: to clean up the river and bring the stuff they've collected back to Recycle City for a new life there. But two passengers on the journey are secretly plotting an eco-attack: Operation Bloom-Bloom! All the animals aboard the Devour-All will hurl seed bombs at the walls of skyscrapers to sow the seeds for greenery... and change!
