The climate crisis has called on new forms of mobilizing civil society, the justice system becoming the armed wing of this struggle. Climate justice has two goals. Firstly, to combat inequality caused by climate change, and secondly, to raise awareness in the international community of the absolute necessity of taking drastic action. This book is devoted to studying the many legal actions pursued in the name of climate justice.
