There is no climate crisis. There is a political desire to create a climate crisis.

When nations not only let their forests burn but call for those fires to be started; when they are not merely content with ignoring the Paris accords but publicly tear them apart; when they no longer limit themselves to doubting scientists but intimidate them, then we may justly claim that they are doing all they can to destroy the planet. For there are winners in the climate crisis: those betting on collapse as if on plummeting stocks. Faced with a veritable "carbofascist" coup hatched against humanity, we can't just change our individual behavior. We must rethink the conditions of a revolution in favor of genuine "ecosocialism."
