Once upon a time, there was a rat who didn’t like the way he looked. He lived in a doll’s house, hidden at the back of an attic. One day, he stepped outside and saw a beautiful, graceful bird. She noticed him and asked if he wanted to get on her back and see the world from above. The rat was very happy and said yes. But the bird was arrogant and dropped the rat mid-flight! A gardener found the rat and took care of him. Touched by this new friendship, the rat begins to look at himself in a kindlier way... and maybe even see himself as handsome.
