In a very simple way, from a little girl's point of view, we witnesse the days when bombardment escalates, and quieter ones when life goes back to normal. War scares our young narrator, but when she grows up she wants to be a teacher, so she can teach little children to read, write, paint, and tell the occupiers to go away.
