Analysts and researchers are freely sharing their thoughts with writers of thrillers, science fiction, and artists in order to imagine potential conflicts on the horizon from 2030 to 2060: founding a new pirate nation born of climate change, hacking neural implants, the emergence of communities developing alternative realities, the fragmentation of the real, environmental crises and bioterrorism, cognitive wars of mass disinformation, world polarization into hyperfortresses and hyperclouds.
