After twenty years of working in the film industry, Benoît Cohen is drained and looking for inspiration. He decides to take up work as a taxi driver in New York city in the hopes that this experience will inspire his next film. He must first navigate a maze of bureaucratic paperwork to obtain a driver’s license before setting out to discover the world from behind the wheel of an iconic New York City Yellow Cab.
